My interpretation:
My interpretation of this reading is positive as it relates to my efforts in refocusing my time and energies towards my art and my hobbies. I am hopeful that the present and future are aligned with my goals of being in a gallery again soon. While there are many ways to interpret the cards, my readings tend to favor the ability to transform and move forward – rather than ruminating on the past or mistakes that could have misled the direction of my intended actions.
Today’s Deck:
I got this deck today at Morgenstern’s, the storyteller’s tarot by David DePasquale. I have to say that the art style is not what I typically gravitate towards in a tarot deck – but something drew me towards this deck today at the bookstore. I really appreciate the thorough research that went into this deck, as well as the animation-inspired art style that is a nice change of pace from my other tarot decks. Each of the cards has a unique story attached to it from a variety of cultures from all around the world. The book has a lovely introduction and a thoughtful guide that is easy to follow, as well as the background of each of the card’s inspiration for the design listed.
I am intending to make the effort to accumulate more decks, both tarot and possibly oracle in order to encourage myself to delve more into the spiritual side within me.
